SECTION 2: PRICING, REFUNDS & SCHEDULING

  • We get it—plans change. But last-minute changes affect our team schedule. A $150 rescheduling fee applies if sufficient notice isn't given. Just chat with us as early as possible if you need to move your date.

  • We stand by our work. Let us know within 24 hours. If we missed a spot, we'll come back and touch it up for free. We take responsibility—simple as that.

  • Accidents are rare, but we're careful. We take videos before starting to document existing conditions. If we notice something already broken (like a cracked shelf under frost or a leaking tap), we tell you immediately. If we break it, we fix it.

  • We look at three things: size of your space, type of surfaces, and how much work there is. We explain everything upfront so there are no surprises.

  • It's based on the info you give us. If the home is much messier than described—like extreme clutter or heavy grime—we may need to adjust. But we'll always call you first to discuss.

  • If you have a recirculation-type hood, the paper or carbon filters can't be washed—they need to be replaced once saturated. Also, using the wrong cleaner can add more residue to the surface, making it worse. We can help you figure out what's needed.

  • Honestly, no. Painting just hides it. The moisture is still there, so mould will come back. We clean the mould first—then you can paint safely.

  • Not always. Chemical washing is usually only needed when airflow is weak or smells won't go away. We can advise if yours needs it or just a standard clean. And yes, you can book us just for aircon servicing—we do general cleaning and maintenance.

  • Surface cleaning removes the stains, but not the spores. Mould regrowth usually happens when moisture stays around or airflow is poor. We help spot those hidden causes.

  • That smell often hides in the grout or drains. Surface cleaning doesn't reach there. We focus on those hidden spots to get rid of the smell at the source.

  • Regular cleaners usually don't work on mineral buildup. We use specialised removers that break down hard water stains, then rinse thoroughly so they don't come back quickly.

  • To properly clean a smelly fridge, empty it, discard expired food, and wipe all surfaces with a proper food safe cleaner. Remove shelves and drawers for a thorough wash, clean the drain hole with a pipe cleaner, and place baking soda or charcoal inside to absorb lingering odors. Don’t forget to clean every bottles and containers before putting them back as these could be the source of foul smell as well.

SECTION 4: PREPARATION & SPECIAL SERVICES

  • To help us focus on cleaning (not clearing), please make sure cabinets, drawers, and the fridge are empty before we arrive. It saves you time and helps us clean thoroughly. A surcharge will be applicable if you need us to clear the waste.

  • Yes, we can help. A $150 charge applies for non-bulky waste removal. Large bulky items like furniture or mattresses cost extra depends on volume. If you want to save on this, just clear the items beforehand.

  • We move smaller items like chairs and side tables. For heavy stuff like beds and sofas, we clean around them unless you specifically ask us to move them in advance.

  • A small one-bedroom apartment takes about 2 pax 4 hours. Larger homes can take 3-4 pax from 6 to 8 hours, depending on condition. We work efficiently but never rush the important steps.

  • Yes, we do. Just let us know in advance or arrange a site visit so we can assess and quote accurately. Food-safe sanitisation service can also be added if needed.

  • Unfortuantely no. But we can do a very throughout cleaning if you can replace your mesh and filer. We do have supply and install service for some cooker hood. In most cases it is about $120-$150. Do check with us on the cost.

  • Common handyman jobs include hinge replacement, door alignment, silicone sealing, curtain installation, shelving, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes like changing light bulbs and switches. These issues are small individually but often become inspection concerns when overlooked.

When handyman support is immediately available, these issues can be fixed on the spot instead of being flagged and delayed. This avoids last-minute express repairs, rushed call-outs, or deposit deductions over small but preventable issues.

  • Most contractors charge a "transport fee" for every visit. When you book handyman work with us, we coordinate it on the same day as cleaning—provided we know the issue in advance. That saves you an extra trip fee. Plus, we can clean the area properly after repairs are done. Just speak to us first so we can plan.

  • Yes, for common replacements we can install generic parts for you. Just contact us in advance so we can bring the right parts and advise you properly.

  • Yes — Of course ! The same bulb or battery may cost you just a dollar or two but if you were to ask a third party to travel and get it, there are definitely loaded premiums.

SECTION 6: Other End of Tenancy FAQ

  • At least 1 to 2 weeks before your handover is ideal. That gives you time to fix any issues that come up during cleaning.

    Late bookings usually happen after problems pop up—so book early and avoid the stress.
